Is there still time to order before Christmas? Yes! But time is running out, and it all depends on what you’re ordering and where we’ll be shipping! Keep in mind Canada Post is experiencing significantly longer delays than FedEx, so choose the shipping option that best meets your needs.
Order Processing
Expect most orders to ship from our warehouse in 36 hours or less (weekends excluded!). Toe coat applications will add 2-3 days to this handling time. Orders ship from our primary warehouse, located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Please use Mississauga as your point of origin when looking at shipping times.
Carriers
FedEx
FedEx is our preferred carrier, though there are some limitations. If your order will be shipping to a PO Box, or to a rural Canadian address, you will need to select Canada Post. We strongly encourage you to have your order shipped to a physical address and select FedEx, if possible. When selecting your shipping method, please refer to FedEx’s Holiday Shipping Information document for their best estimates on last day to ship so you receive you order before Christmas.
FedEx Economy
Typical delivery times are 1-3 days to most locations in Canada.
FedEx International Economy
FedEx has given us “2 day shipping for the price of ground” for shipments going into the United States. Most orders should arrive within 2 days anywhere in the continental United States (exludes Hawaii and Alaska).
FedEx Ground
FedEx Ground service is typically 1-5 days to most locations in Canada.
FedEx Standard Overnight
Our FedEx Standard Overnight option is available for Canadian customers only. Typically arrives the day after shipping by 8pm.
Canada Post
For all orders going to PO boxes or rural addresses, please select one of the following options available through Canada Post. Please keep in mind that Canada Post is seeing significant shipping delays and are unlikely to meet the typical service standards laid out below.
Canada Post Expedited Parcel
Ground service, typically 1-5 days to most locations in Canada.
Canada Post Priority
Express service, typically next day delivery to most locations in Canada.
Curbside Pickup
Curbside pickup is also available in London, Mississauga, Scarborough, Ottawa and Calgary. Please call in your order and we’ll get it ready for you!
